Are you worried about Wine Club customers who regularly stop by the Tasting Room for free tastings with their family and friends and take their shipments but never purchase any additional wine?  


Use the following report to identify these people and be able to assess the value of their Wine Club membership and whether you consider changes to your club structure/benefits.


07- Customer Analysis > 04- Sales and Customers Details by Channel.




As shown in the screenshot below, select your date range and select ALL customers.


Once the results display click on the Tastings column arrows twice to show the highest number of Tastings at the top of the column.


 

For further analysis download the results into Excel which will allow you to filter and show only Wine Club customers and then drill down to look at the number of Tastings, dates of their Tasting Room visits, Sales and number of bottles purchased etc.
