In WinePulse the Wine Order Conversion Rate (CR) is based on the number of tasters who purchased bottles of wine.  For example if there are 50 tasters in a day and 25 purchase wine, the wine order conversion rate is 25/50 i.e. 50%

Note that wine purchases are calculated by counting the number of orders that included Product Type = "wine".  Zero value orders are not included and nor are refund orders.
